Lesueur National Park

Lesueur National Park spans 36,510 hectares of diverse landscapes including coastal dunes, heathlands, and woodlands in Western Australia.

The national park received its name from French explorer Charles Lesueur, who conducted coastal expeditions in this region during the early 1800s.

The Amangu people maintain deep connections to this land as Traditional Owners, with their presence in the region extending back thousands of years.

Visitors can access multiple walking trails throughout the park, from a 2.5-kilometer loop to a 26-kilometer overnight path suitable for extended hiking.

The protected area contains 900 native plant species, representing ten percent of Western Australia's total documented flora within its boundaries.
