Kota Harapan Indah

Kota Harapan Indah is a planned township in Bekasi and East Jakarta spanning 2,200 hectares with residential clusters, office buildings, schools, and shopping centers connected by well-maintained roads. The development also includes artificial lakes, parks, and sports facilities that shape the public spaces throughout the area.

Development began in the late 1990s as part of the eastern Jakarta expansion strategy to house the growing population. The project emerged from the need to create new residential areas for the rapidly expanding metropolitan region.

The Asera Nishi neighborhood displays Japanese architectural features in its house designs and street layouts, while other sections reflect Indonesian design principles. This blend shapes how different areas look and feel when you walk through them.

The area offers direct access to major highways and public bus routes, making travel in and out easy. Multiple shopping centers like Carrefour and other stores are spread throughout the site and reachable on foot or by short rides.

The area houses Transera Waterpark, a recreation facility with water attractions that draws visitors and residents alike. This park provides leisure activities and breaks up the otherwise residential and commercial focus of the township.
