Melbourne Showgrounds

The Melbourne Showgrounds is an event venue in Ascot Vale with multiple indoor and outdoor spaces, including a large main pavilion for exhibitions and an arena with seating areas. The site hosts agricultural shows, trade exhibitions, and music festivals throughout the year.

The National Agricultural Society of Victoria received the site in 1882 and built several pavilions for farm exhibitions. Over the 20th century, the grounds evolved through different uses to meet changing community needs.
