Glenmore, Mulgoa

The Glenmore estate encompasses a U-shaped homestead, stone barn, and expansive grounds situated along Mulgoa Road in western Sydney, New South Wales.

Initially granted to the Luttrell family in 1809, the property was later purchased by William Cox who developed it for pastoralism, orchards, and vineyards.

The property transformed from an agricultural center into a recreational destination, introducing a nine-hole golf course in 1927 and becoming a social gathering place.

Glenmore functions as a golf club and event center, offering three distinct courses, equipment rentals, dining facilities, and professional instruction services.

The estate contains numerous mature trees and garden walls from its original 19th-century landscape design, sloping gently toward Mulgoa Creek.
