Mount Binga National Park spans 1,070 hectares of land featuring riverine wetlands and diverse vegetation within the Upper Brisbane catchment region.
The Queensland Department of Environment and Science established Mount Binga National Park on October 20, 2006, transforming the former Mount Binga State Forest.
The Mount Binga Outdoor Education Centre provides educational programs focusing on emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual development for students.
The national park contains no public visitor facilities, requiring visitors to plan accordingly and bring necessary supplies for their outdoor activities.
Five endangered species inhabit the park, including the spotted gum tree, while black-breasted buttonquails and black-faced monarchs frequent the area.
