Millbrook, Toowoomba, Heritage house in East Toowoomba, Australia.

Millbrook features a large timber structure with a high pitched roof, galvanized-iron cladding, and a U-shaped verandah at 9 Phillip Street.

The residence, constructed in the 1860s on Ruthven Street, moved to its current location in 1902 following the death of William Henry Groom.

William Henry Groom served as the first mayor of Toowoomba in 1860 and represented the region in both Queensland Legislative Assembly and Australian Parliament.

The building later incorporated a medical practice under Dr. Allan Warren Row, who established the first blood bank transfusion service in Toowoomba.

The property maintains its original garden layout with mature plantings dating back to the early design, contributing to Phillip Street's character.
