Cape Palmerston National Park

Cape Palmerston National Park spans across coastal landscapes with beaches, estuaries, mangroves, and dunes at a low elevation of three meters above sea level.

The Queensland government established Cape Palmerston as a protected area in 1976, followed by an expansion of conservation measures implemented in 1994.
