Nouméa Cathedral, Catholic cathedral in Nouméa, New Caledonia.

The cathedral follows a Latin cross layout with five bays, measuring 56 meters in length and featuring two towers reaching 25 meters high.

Construction of the cathedral took place from 1887 to 1897, with prisoners performing the labor under the direction of architect Labulle, a former inmate.

Twenty-eight stained glass windows adorn the cathedral walls, depicting religious figures and saints throughout the nave, transept, and choir sections.

The cathedral stands on elevated artificial terraces built between 1876 and 1887, providing a central location for religious services in Nouméa.

A statue of Joan of Arc, presented by the Bishop of Orléans in 1901, stands on the cathedral terrace overlooking the city center.
