The Haas Building

The Haas Building is a 12-story structure located at Broadway and Seventh Street designed in the Beaux Arts style with terra cotta detailing across its facade. The building now contains residential apartments and dining venues that serve the surrounding neighborhood.

Abraham Haas commissioned the architectural firm Morgan Walls & Morgan in 1915 to design a fireproof commercial structure. The building quickly became part of the growing financial district that was developing throughout the downtown area.
