Harbor Club Condominiums consists of two residential towers in the Marina district that rise over 40 stories with abundant windows throughout. The buildings feature floor-to-floor layouts that allow views across the bay and toward the water.
Harbor Club Condominiums was completed in 1992 at a cost of $96 million, built as two residential towers of equal height in the Marina district of downtown San Diego. The design is credited to BPA Architecture Planning Interiors, listed in French sources as the agency Brian Paul & Associates.
The two towers are named Harbor Club East and Harbor Club West. They stand beside the San Diego Convention Center and Petco Park, so the residential complex shares its blocks with the ballpark crowd and convention visitors rather than with a separate neighbourhood life of its own.
The complex sits directly next to the Convention Center and public facilities, making it easy to access nearby services. Visitors and residents can walk easily through the waterfront area.
Both towers contain identical floor plans across 41 levels, making them the tenth tallest structures in the San Diego metropolitan area.
