Frank Lloyd Wright designed this auditorium based on his previous concept for a circular opera house in Baghdad, completing construction in September 1964.

The auditorium contains 3,017 seats, wheelchair accessibility features, and an infrared system accommodating 100 hearing-impaired visitors during performances.
Twin pedestrian ramps extend from the main structure to connect parking areas, while the stage spans 64 feet to support various performance configurations.
