Chase Tower, Office skyscraper in downtown El Paso, United States

One San Jacinto Plaza is a 20-story office high-rise at 201 East Main Street in downtown El Paso, Texas, built in the International style. It is the second-tallest skyscraper in El Paso, behind Wells Fargo Plaza, and is most visible heading eastbound on I-10. Tenants include restaurants, healthcare groups, law offices, accounting firms, family offices, insurance companies and financial institutions.

The tower opened in 1962 as El Paso National Bank Tower. In the 1980s and early 1990s it was called Texas Commerce Bank Tower, and by the mid-1990s Chase Bank had absorbed Texas Commerce Bank and renamed it Chase Tower. Chase announced its departure and loss of naming rights in 2017; in September 2018 owner Borderplex Realty Trust renamed it One San Jacinto Plaza.

The tower's name changed with its main bank tenant: El Paso National Bank Tower in 1962, Texas Commerce Bank Tower in the 1980s and early 1990s, then Chase Tower after Chase Bank absorbed Texas Commerce Bank. In September 2018 Borderplex Realty renamed it One San Jacinto Plaza, and a new LED system added in late 2018 lights the exterior in changing colors at night.

The tower stands at 201 East Main Street in downtown El Paso, with its main entrance on that block; visitors reach it on foot from the surrounding downtown streets. It is most visible heading eastbound on I-10. The building is given over to offices, restaurants and financial tenants rather than public attractions, so activity follows business hours.

At night, the exterior is illuminated by an LED lighting system installed in 2018 that displays changing colors across the facade. This modern feature makes the tower a notable sight in the downtown skyline after dark.
