Chase Tower

Chase Tower is an office skyscraper in downtown El Paso with 20 stories and a height of approximately 280 feet (85 meters). The building houses multiple businesses including restaurants, law offices, financial institutions, and healthcare providers.

The tower was completed in 1962 and initially operated as El Paso National Bank Tower before becoming Chase Tower. Its construction marked a turning point in the city's development and influenced subsequent building projects downtown.

The building represents the International style of the 1960s through its geometric shapes and straightforward functional design. These features reflect the era's approach to creating efficient and rational structures for modern business.
