The Point, Panama City

The Point is a residential tower in the Punta Paitilla waterfront district featuring 67 stories above ground plus 5 basement levels. Each apartment ranges from 480 to 825 square meters and includes marble floors, high ceilings, and Italian cabinetry.

Construction began in 2006 and the building was completed in 2011 as the tallest structure in Latin America at that time. The project marked a turning point in Panama's skyline and prompted further modern development in the region.

The structure represents an example of modern residential architecture in Panama City, with its design reflecting the urban development of the 21st century.

The building sits in a developed waterfront neighborhood and is easily accessible, with each floor containing only one or two residential units. The low number of units per floor means less traffic in shared areas and greater privacy for residents.

Only one or two apartments per floor each offer 270-degree views across the city and toward the Pacific Ocean. This limited number of units per floor is uncommon for a tower of this height and scale.
