Junell Center, Multi-purpose sports arena in San Angelo, United States
The Junell Center features a main competition court, auxiliary courts, and specialized areas including a 9x12 foot video screen and an honors lounge overlooking the arena floor.
Opening its doors in 2002 with a construction investment of 22 million dollars, the Junell Center established itself as Angelo State University's primary athletic facility.
The center hosts the Distinguished Lecture Series, university commencements, speaking engagements, exhibitions, and serves as home court for the Rams and Rambelles sports teams.
Located at 2235 South Jackson Street in San Angelo, Texas, the Junell Center operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a capacity of 6,500 spectators.
The Hall of Fame concourse within the center displays athletic achievements throughout Angelo State University's history, preserving the legacy of student athletes.
