The seven-story structure at 222 West Main Street houses the administrative offices and council chambers of the Pensacola municipal government.
The current Pensacola City Hall, which opened in 1986, replaced the former Spanish Colonial Revival building that served the city from 1908 to 1985.
The first-floor council chambers regularly host public meetings where citizens participate in local governance and community decision-making processes.
Visitors can access municipal services across 93,500 square feet of office space, with the main entrance facing Pensacola Bay.
After Hurricane Ivan caused extensive damage in 2004, the building underwent a complete renovation and reopened in 2006 with enhanced structural improvements.
