Topsail Hill Preserve State Park

The park spans over 1600 acres with three miles of Gulf Coast beaches, natural lakes, and sand dunes reaching heights of 25 feet.

The white quartz dunes that rise above emerald waters led early settlers to name the area Topsail Hill, as they resembled ship sails on the horizon.

Florida's Green Lodging program recognizes the park's commitment to environmental protection through sustainable practices and conservation of natural resources.

Visitors can access 209 campsites, 32 cabins, and over 5 miles of trails, with a tram service connecting the main area to the beach.

The park contains rare coastal dune lakes, forming a specialized ecosystem that supports endangered species like the Choctawhatchee beach mouse.
