Tsunami, Steel roller coaster at Isla San Marcos Parque Temático, Aguascalientes, Mexico

Tsunami is a steel roller coaster in an amusement park. The ride features rapid turns and steep drops that move passengers at high speed through sharp twists and inversions.

The coaster opened as Thriller on 17 May 1986, built by Schwarzkopf for showman Oscar Bruch and toured German funfairs until 1997, with a 1996 loan to Gröna Lund. Sold to Six Flags, it ran as Texas Tornado at AstroWorld from 14 March 1998, then as Zonga at Discovery Kingdom from 2003 to 2005. Aguascalientes bought it in 2008 for the San Marcos fair, where it ran as Tsunami until 2014 and was dismantled in 2016.

The ride's name changed with each owner: Thriller in Germany, Texas Tornado in Houston, Zonga in California, and Tsunami at the San Marcos National Fair. Its four near-circular loops produced high g-forces, so the last rows were sometimes closed to riders.

The ride stood at the San Marcos National Fair in Aguascalientes, where it operated seasonally from 27 April 2008 until 2014. It was dismantled in February 2016 and later sold for scrap in 2021, so it can no longer be ridden.

The ride began as Thriller on the German fairground circuit in 1986, built by Schwarzkopf for showman Oscar Bruch. Its four near-circular loops produced such high g-forces that the last rows were closed to passengers. It was sold for scrap value to a recycling firm in 2021.
