Listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1985, the district preserves numerous residential structures from the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
The neighborhood contains Mediterranean Revival, Colonial Revival, and Bungalow style buildings, representing different periods of Tampa's architectural development.
