The Palace of Florence Apartments features a prominent four-story battlement tower with an exterior staircase at 45 Davis Boulevard in Tampa, Florida.
Built in 1925 during the Florida land boom, the Palace of Florence Apartments joined the National Register of Historic Places in August 1989.
The design by artist Athos Menaboni replicates an Italian palazzo, drawing inspiration from the Palazzo Vecchio in Florence, Italy.
The residential complex contains 28 apartment units and underwent a complete restoration between 2002 and 2003 to maintain its structural integrity.
The building stands as part of the Mediterranean Revival Style Buildings of Davis Islands Multiple Property Submission, which includes twenty-three historic structures.
