Hard Rock Stadium

Hard Rock Stadium is a multipurpose venue in Miami Gardens holding 65,326 seats for regular events, expandable to 80,120 for special occasions. The entire structure uses steel construction with an open bowl design that includes partially covered seating areas.

The stadium opened on August 16, 1987, after construction began in December 1985 under the original name Joe Robbie Stadium. Over the years, it went through several renamings and renovations before receiving its current name in 2016.

The venue serves as home field for both the Miami Dolphins NFL team and the University of Miami Hurricanes college football program. On game days, the stands fill with fans wearing team jerseys, cheering loudly with chants that echo throughout the open bowl structure.
