West Orange Trail, Recreational trail in Orange County, Florida.
The West Orange Trail extends 22 miles through Florida's suburban neighborhoods, connecting communities from Killarney Station to Vick Road in Apopka.
The trail follows the former Orange Belt Railway path, which transported citrus products during Winter Garden's peak as North America's largest shipping center.
Multiple stations along the trail feature exhibits about local heritage, including the Central Florida Railroad Museum in the 1913 Tavares & Gulf Railroad depot.
The paved pathway opens from sunrise to sunset, offering bike rentals at Killarney Station and Wheelworks in Winter Garden for visitors without equipment.
A dedicated equestrian section near Clarcona Horse Park provides separate paths for riders, maintaining the trail's multi-use character north and south of the area.
