Millennium Tower, Residential skyscraper in San Francisco.
The Millennium Tower is a 58-story, 645-foot-tall (197 m) condominium skyscraper completed in 2009 in the South of Market district in downtown San Francisco.
Since its completion, the tower has become infamous for its sinking and tilting issues.
The building's design, by Handel Architects, was the winner of the 2008 Silver Engineering Excellence Award from the American Council of Engineering Companies of California.
It contains 419 residential units and includes amenities such as a private cinema, a swimming pool, and a fitness center.
Despite its structural issues, it remains one of the most luxurious and expensive residential buildings in San Francisco.
