The Château de Vendeuvre displays Norman architecture with symmetrical wings, classical facades, and extensive gardens containing geometric patterns and water features.

Built between 1750 and 1752 by architect Jacques-François Blondel, the castle survived the French Revolution as its owners stayed in France.

The castle houses 500 brass pieces in its kitchen, along with France's first collection of miniature furniture containing over 1000 small-scale furnishings.

Visitors can explore the castle and its gardens from April through October, with guided tours lasting approximately 90 minutes.

The gardens feature a shell grotto decorated with 200,000 shells and two distinct mazes designed for exploration among rare plant species.
