The Sibra Castle displays medieval-inspired battlements, machicolations, and Renaissance-style openings, featuring a medallion depicting Saint George on its main facade.
The estate belonged to Camon Abbey until 1811, when the Espert family purchased it, followed by extensive renovations in 1878 by Joseph Paul François Villary.
The interior decorations include terracotta ornaments created by the Virebent factory, particularly visible on the large fireplaces throughout the castle.
The castle offers five guest rooms, three apartments in the outbuildings, and a vacation house, located 8 kilometers from the town of Mirepoix.
The 15-hectare landscaped park features rare plant species including ginkgo biloba and weeping beech trees, alongside an artificial grotto.
