Pioneer Theatre Company

Pioneer Theatre Company is a professional theatrical troupe that regularly performs at the Simmons Pioneer Memorial Theatre on the University of Utah campus. The venue houses two stages designed to accommodate different types of theatrical productions.

The troupe was founded in 1962 and staged its first production with Hamlet. From this beginning, the organization grew into an established professional theater presence in the region.
