The Logan Utah Temple stands 170 feet tall with two towers, Gothic Revival architecture, and an oval reflecting pool on its eastern side.
Construction of this temple began in 1877 under architect Truman O. Angell, making it the fourth temple built by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The temple represents the pioneering spirit of Mormon settlers who contributed labor, materials, and resources through a cooperative community effort in Cache Valley.
Located at 175 North 300 East in Logan, the temple includes heated sidewalks to accommodate visitors during winter snowfall in Cache Valley.
Women from the local community hand-crafted 2,144 square yards of carpet specifically for the temple interior during its initial construction period.
