One Peking Road is a 30-story office tower in Tsim Sha Tsui that combines shops, dining venues, and workspace throughout its structure. The building is designed to move people smoothly between these different zones using multiple elevator cores.
The building was completed in the early 2000s as part of the development of Kowloon's harbor area. Since then it has become part of the modern skyline of Tsim Sha Tsui.
The Hong Kong Institute of Architects recognized the architectural excellence of One Peking Road with their Medal of the Year in 2003.
The building is accessible from Peking Road where the main retail entrances are located. Visitors can reach all levels easily using the multiple elevator systems throughout the structure.
The facade uses contemporary materials that create a smooth and reflective surface across the building. This design choice makes it stand out distinctly among the other towers along the waterfront.
