Imus Ranch is a sprawling property in Ribiera, New Mexico, covering approximately 3,400 acres of land. The grounds feature a grand hacienda with ten bedrooms, a recreated Western town with various recreational facilities, and complete broadcasting equipment for television production.
The property was purchased in 1998 by radio personality Don Imus and initially converted into a nonprofit for children with cancer. Following 2014, Patrick Gottsch acquired the land and repurposed it as a broadcasting production facility for Western television content.
The ranch served as a summer camp where children aged 10 to 17 participated in daily ranch activities and received medical support from Hackensack University staff.
