LeGrande and Betty Larsen established the Pickleville Playhouse in 1977, opening their first show The Faithful Footman after constructing the building with their own hands.
The theatre produces original musical melodramas and Broadway shows, with T.J. Davis creating scripts and scores that connect with audiences across generations.
The theatre operates from mid-June through early September with up to 13 weekly shows, plus special performances during December, requiring advance ticket reservations.
The Pickleville Grill complements theatre performances with Mexican dishes from Café Sabor, offering dinner service on show nights.
