Great Divide Snowsports, Ski resort in Marysville, Montana.
Great Divide Snowsports is a ski resort in Montana that spreads across three mountains with trails for all skill levels. Runs descend from an elevation of 5,900 feet (1,800 meters) to peaks reaching 7,330 feet (2,234 meters).
The resort began in 1941 when a local ski club built its first trails to host a major regional racing event. From this beginning, the site developed into an established ski resort.
More than 130 children participate in the seven-week mountain ski team program, which fosters winter sports education for young athletes aged 7 to 19.
The resort operates throughout the week with multiple lifts serving all areas and offers evening skiing on select days. Visitors should check conditions and hours before heading out to make the most of their trip.
The resort uses an advanced snowmaking system that allows early season starts and extended operations. This supports multiple terrain parks with features that get refreshed regularly throughout the season.
