Leipzig Convent is a four-story red brick building in Collegiate Gothic style situated near Leipzig Church. The house contains a chapel, classrooms, music rooms, dormitories, and various other rooms that supported both religious life and education.
Four sisters from the School Sisters of Notre Dame arrived in 1926 from Hamilton, Ontario to establish this educational institution. The building operated as a school and religious home until it ceased functioning as such in 1969.
