Kinley is a small community in central Saskatchewan's prairie, surrounded by agricultural land and connected to nearby towns by Highway 14. The village has about 30 occupied homes where roughly 60 people live.
The village became officially established in 1909 as a formal community. A post office served the area for over 80 years before closing in 1991.
