The Delta Hotels Saskatoon Downtown is an 18-storey, 79.2 m hotel at 405 Twentieth Street East in Saskatoon's Central Business District, completed in 1983 as the Ramada Renaissance Hotel. It holds 290 rooms and shares its design with the La Renaissance Apartments in the same complex.

Completed in 1983 as the Ramada Renaissance Hotel, the 18-storey, 79.2 m tower was built alongside the similar La Renaissance Apartments in the same complex. It was later renamed the Radisson Hotel Saskatoon when Radisson Hotels acquired the property, and in January 2019 it was rebranded under Delta Hotels by Marriott International.

The hotel's restaurant, coffee bar and waterpark were all rebuilt in the 17-million-dollar renovation finished in July 2020, so the food and leisure spaces guests use today date from that reworking rather than the 1983 opening. The property has traded under three names: Ramada Renaissance, Radisson and, since January 2019, Delta Hotels.

The hotel stands at 405 Twentieth Street East in the Central Business District, a short walk from the river and downtown offices. The 2020 renovation added a new lobby, restaurant, coffee bar, fitness centre and waterpark. Guests arriving by car reach the address directly from Twentieth Street East.

The hotel opened in 1983 as the Ramada Renaissance Hotel, sharing its design with the La Renaissance Apartments in the same complex.
