Cold Lake Provincial Park

Cold Lake Provincial Park extends over 4.4 square kilometers of land, featuring montane landscapes along the Chain Lakes Reservoir in Alberta.

The provincial authorities of Alberta officially designated this natural space as a protected park on August 18, 1976, establishing recreational zones.

The park grounds contain multiple trails where visitors observe native wildlife species and migratory birds throughout different seasons.

Visitors access 90 reservable campsites with power connections, group camping areas, and communal fire pits supplied with complimentary firewood.

The Chain Lakes Reservoir within the park maintains a population of lake trout through regular stocking programs for year-round fishing activities.
