Seward County, Administrative division in southwestern Kansas, US
Seward County extends across 640 square miles of land and includes the city of Liberal as its administrative center and largest population center.
The county, established in March 1873, received its name from William Seward, who served as Secretary of State during the Lincoln and Johnson administrations.
