City Tower in Linz is an office high-rise of two connected parts in the Lenaupark area of the Makartviertel district, designed by the Linz architects Franz Kneidinger and Heinz Stögmüller. City Tower 1 has 15 above-ground floors, City Tower 2 has 18, and the whole complex reaches 67 metres with about 9,000 m² of usable floor space.

The complex was created between 2003 and 2004 by transforming an older steel trade building. This change marked a turning point in how Linz modernized its business district.

The complex is named after its function as a city office tower, and its two parts are numbered: City Tower 1 and City Tower 2. The towers are joined by staircases and lifts, so users pass between the 15-floor and 18-floor sections without going outside. The address falls in the Makartviertel district, in the Lenaupark area of Linz.

The building is situated in the Lenaupark district with good access to public transport and parking facilities. Its modern amenities make it a practical work location with reliable technical infrastructure.
