The City Tower consists of two connected structures, with Tower 2 reaching 67 meters in height and containing 18 floors of office space.
Construction of the City Tower complex occurred between 2003 and 2004, transforming the former 13-floor VÖEST-Stahlhandels building into a modern office development.
The architectural design by Franz Kneidinger and Heinz Stögmüller reflects the transformation of Linz's skyline through vertical urban development.
The building provides 9,000 square meters of office space, 90 parking spots, and features advanced technological infrastructure including high-speed internet throughout.
The renovation project expanded the original Tower 1 to 15 floors while adding the new 18-floor Tower 2, at a total cost of 10 million euros.
