Grossglockner Resort is a ski area spread across East Tyrol and Carinthia with several distinct skiing zones. The terrain ranges across different elevations and includes runs of varying difficulty for all skill levels.
The resort was founded in 1996 and created the region's largest connected skiing infrastructure at that time. This marked a turning point for winter sports in East Tyrol.
