Panoramahaus Dornbirn is an elliptical structure with 13 floors of glass and steel located near the city's exhibition center. The building houses a four-star hotel and a wellness center offering various relaxation facilities.

The Austrian architect Bernhard Bügelmayer designed the elliptical building in summer 2002. Construction lasted more than 23 months and was completed in September 2005. The developer was Messepark Gesellschaft, which handed management to Panoramahaus Hotel- und Gesundheitszentrum Betriebs GmbH & Co KG. The 13-storey building cost 50 million euros and stands on an 8,232 m² plot.

The building's name comes from the panoramic view its elliptical glass form allows; it opened in 2005 as a combined hotel and wellness address. Its operators are the Panoramahaus Hotel- und Gesundheitszentrum Betriebs GmbH & Co KG, while the plot belongs to the Messepark Gesellschaft, which commissioned the building. Guests stay at a Four Points by Sheraton hotel and use the Home of Balance fitness and wellness centre under one roof.

The building sits near the A14 highway exit for easy access. Visiting the hotel or wellness center requires advance booking or reservation.

The building was developed by the Messepark Gesellschaft, which then handed its management to Panoramahaus Hotel- und Gesundheitszentrum Betriebs GmbH & Co KG. Construction on the 8,232 m² plot took more than 23 months and cost 50 million euros.
