Vz13 is a modern office building located on Vordere Zollamtsstraße in Vienna's commercial district. The structure features a contemporary facade and functional layout that integrates into the dense urban streetscape of the city center.

A theatre by Franz von Krauß and Josef Tölk opened here on 7 December 1905, seating up to 1238. From 1914 to 1945 the Pressburger Bahn tram loop terminated around it. The theatre was demolished in 1960, and in 1962–1965 Arthur Perotti and Anton Potyka built the Zentralsparkasse der Gemeinde Wien headquarters on the site.

The building is called "Haus an der Wien" by its operator, a reference to its position on the right bank of the Wien river. It houses the editorial offices of the daily newspaper Der Standard and the headquarters of Österreich Werbung, the national tourism board.

The building sits centrally with good connections to public transportation and walking access to other commercial areas. Visitors should note that this is an active business building and interior access may be restricted.

Between 1914 and 1945 a tram-style loop of the Pressburger Bahn ran around the theatre building on this site, which served as that line's Vienna terminus. After wartime damage, trains were routed instead through the neighbouring sunken station Wien Mitte/Landstraße.
