The villa now functions as a guest house with holiday apartments and a restaurant, maintaining its connection to hospitality and cultural activities.
During Katharina Schratt's tenancy, Emperor Franz Joseph I personally locked the garden gate at 6:30 AM after his daily breakfast visits.
