Volderwildbad

Volderwildbad is a thermal spa in the Tuxer Alps at roughly 1100 meters elevation, with indoor and outdoor pools surrounded by mountain terrain. The facility sits in the Voldertal valley, framed by steep cliffs and green slopes.

The valley was known from the 16th century for mining, when silver, alum, and vitriol were extracted in the region. This industrial activity later helped establish the area as a recognized wellness destination.
