The Tour du Millénaire stands 60 meters tall with three viewing platforms at 15, 30, and 45 meters, constructed from Douglas-fir trees and steel framework.
The Croix-Scaille plateau where the tower stands served as a strategic location for Resistance fighters during World War II in the dense forest.
The tower marks the highest point of the Ardennes region at 503 meters, offering visitors extensive views across the Belgian-French border landscape.
The tower remains open year-round except during hunting seasons, severe weather conditions, and when the road is reserved for cross-country skiing activities.
The structure combines two tripods, one upright and one inverted, creating a distinctive silhouette against the forested Ardennes landscape.
