DIVA museum

DIVA museum is a jewelry and diamond museum in Antwerp that presents more than 650 objects spanning different periods. The collection displays works from the 15th century through contemporary creations in a contemporary building.

The museum was created in 2018 through the merger of two specialized institutions, documenting Antwerp's long involvement in diamond processing. This combining of forces brought together the expertise of both previous museums.

The museum reflects Antwerp's role as a major hub for jewelry and precious stones, a identity that still shapes the city today. Visitors can see how these craft traditions have influenced the region's culture and economy across generations.

The museum is open on most weekdays and weekends, offering guided tours and specialized workshops for visitors. Check the schedule in advance since some days are closed to plan your visit accordingly.

In the International Trading Room, visitors can explore a multimedia globe that displays diamond trade routes around the world. This interactive display shows the global networks that move these precious stones.
