Kasteel van Lovendegem, Stately home in Lievegem, Belgium.

The castle features a stone bridge leading to a gatehouse with two towers, surrounded by a water-filled moat and extensive gardens.

The original structure from the 13th century transformed over centuries, with major renovations by architect Pieter Van Kerkhove between 1885 and 1888.

The estate represents the heritage of Belgian nobility, particularly the Dons de Lovendeghem family who owned it from 1700 until the early 21st century.

The castle stands at Kasteeldreef 124-130 in Lievegem and remains a private residence, limiting access to scheduled appointments and special events.

A memorial chapel marks the location where Baron Dons de Lovendeghem was found dead in 1918 during the German retreat of World War I.
