Gradishte

The megalithic complex extends over 500 acres, featuring massive rock formations, stone structures, and anthropomorphic figures amid the natural landscape.

Archaeological excavations in 2008 revealed remains dating back to 7000 BCE, including foundations of ceremonial buildings and evidence of religious practices.

The site contains carved circles, ritual steps, and a ceremonial arch called Promushvalka, which Thracians used for traditional healing ceremonies.

The park entrance includes a parking area, informative rock exhibition, and marked paths leading visitors through the archaeological features.

The sanctuary section rises 88 meters high on a megalith formation known as The Head, surrounded by steep cliffs on all sides.
