The casino occupies the former summer theatre of the Manoir Richelieu, a building once itself called Le Casino on the Pointe-au-Pic cliff. A 2008 expansion added the 200-seat Bar 21 show bar. Since 2016 the casino has been a franchisee of the St-Hubert restaurant chain.
