Musée naval de Québec

The Naval Museum of Quebec contains more than 9,000 artifacts related to military heritage, maritime objects, and naval memorabilia from Canadian history.

The museum opened its doors in January 1995 to preserve and present the maritime history of the St. Lawrence River and Canadian Naval Reserve.

Through exhibits and guided tours, the museum educates visitors about naval battles, maritime traditions, and the stories of individuals who shaped Canadian naval history.

Located at 170 Dalhousie Street, the museum operates from September to June by appointment and includes partial accessibility features for visitors with mobility needs.

The collection includes records documenting naval activities along the St. Lawrence River, detailing the operations of both military and civilian vessels through time.
