The Royal Military College of Canada chapels are two devotional rooms in Yeo Hall: St. Martin's Protestant Chapel, seating 70, and St. Michael's Roman Catholic Chapel, seating 110. Both are panelled in light-coloured natural oak. St. Martin's has six stained glass windows, including a knight in armour and one bearing the College Coat of Arms; St. Michael's has six windows given by named donors, lit from inside at night.

The chapels were established in 1963 as part of Yeo Hall and grew over decades with donations from cadets and former students who contributed furnishings and art. Stained glass windows showing religious themes and military symbols were added over time, reflecting the institution's evolution.

The chapels' names come from St. Martin and St. Michael, and their furnishings were donated by successive generations of cadets and ex-cadets. The Class of 1938 gave two offertory plates and alms boxes to St. Martin's, while the Kingston Branch of the RMC Club donated a stained glass window bearing the College Crest to St. Michael's. At night, spotlights inside transmit the windows' message to the campus.
