THEMUSEUM

THEMUSEUM spans four floors featuring interactive displays and exhibits throughout its spaces. The building stands out with its distinctive yellow exterior wall and rounded architectural details that define its appearance.

The museum opened in 2003 inside what was once Goudies Department Store, which had sat empty for about 15 years before this conversion. This renovation brought new purpose to a historic downtown building.

The Underground Studio MakerSpace blends artistic creation with technology projects, inviting visitors to develop and test their own ideas hands-on. People of all ages work together to build and experiment in this shared creative space.

The museum is open from Wednesday through Sunday, with extended hours on Wednesdays until 9 PM. Access is fully wheelchair accessible throughout the building.

EYEPOOL is a permanent digital gallery space using multiple high-powered projectors to create immersive visual worlds. This installation lets visitors step into different digital environments and experience cutting-edge projection technology firsthand.
