Whitemouth Falls Provincial Park spans 483 hectares where the Whitemouth River meets the Winnipeg River, featuring forests and waterways.
Three archaeological sites within the park boundaries reveal evidence of human settlements and activities dating back approximately 4,800 years.
The park lands hold particular significance for indigenous communities who have traversed these territories for numerous generations.
Visitors access the park through Provincial Road 307, located 90 kilometers northeast of Winnipeg, with facilities for picnicking and fishing.
The park serves as a migration staging area for Great Gray Owls and supports populations of American White Pelicans near the falls.
